Monster Single Bar Holder – Barbell Storage

The Monster version of our space-efficient Single Bar Holder includes 1-inch bolts and fasteners, with mounting plate holes 6 on center. Attached to any Monster Series rig, rack, or squat stand, the Bar Holder’s 7-inch steel storage tube will work with most standard Olympic barbells, stabilizing the bar upright and protecting its knurling from unnecessary wear and tear.

**WARNING: The Rogue Single Bar Holder should NEVER be mounted below a pull-up bar, and ALWAYS on the exterior of a Rack/Rig/Squat Stand. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in severe injury.
